The single room can be turned in a bunk bedroom for kids, if in need of more capacity.  The continuous 200 sq. m living room is graceful and designed for elevated panorama views from cliff edge. There are 3 distinct sitting areas, which makes it a particularly vivacious setting; whether entertaining or relaxing with the family.  An Italian-style kitchen on the lower level has the most modern appliances. With a total of 350 sq. m of terraces and a forested lower garden, there are plenty of spaces in which to relax in the sunshine and enjoy the phenomenal views, including a circular terrace to enjoy evening hours and host unforgettable “aperitivi”.  Tall trees and pockets of nature provide delightful shady spots for yet more secluded relaxation, while the sizeable swimming pool’s equally large terrace is a fantastic sun spot with an even closer view of the Faraglioni. In the evening under as starlit sky you can enjoy sparkling suppers on the main terrace and also stargazing from the battlements on the roof.
